Tender description

Big Sky Developments Limited (BSDL) and Big Sky Property Management Limited (BSPML) are both companies established in 2015 and are wholly owned by South Norfolk Council (the Council). Through investment and development activities Big Sky is seeking to generate a financial return through the development of mixed use schemes, sale of residential properties and rental income from the letting of its residential portfolio. BSDL is developing a mixed use site at Swan Lane, Long Stratton, comprising a total of 50 residential units. 5 of these units are affordable dwellings and up to 10 dwellings will be let through BSPML on the open market. There is a requirement for residential estate agency and lettings service to assist BSDL and BSPML in the selling and letting the units. A single supplier is required to provide both the sales and lettings service under 2 separate contracts to BSDL and BSPML. A commercial office building of 800m2 is being constructed on behalf of the Council who will manage this property through its commercial property investment portfolio and does not form part of this tender
