Tender description

The City Council wishes to set up a Framework Agreement and is inviting Tenders for the supply of goods in respect of Fresh Meat. The Framework Agreement will be for the term 1.1.2016 to 31.12.2018 with an option at the Council's sole discretion to extend the Framework agreement by mutual agreement for a further 12 month period up until and including 31.12.2019. The framework will comprise of the following Lots: Lot 1: Schools and Adult services. The schools and Adult services are divided into 6 geographical regions. There will be 1 nominated supplier per region, and business is therefore guaranteed. Suppliers can bid to supply 1 or more geographical regions. Lot 2: Loxley House. There will be 1 nominated supplier for this region, and business is therefore guaranteed. It is anticipated that further City Council commercial establishments, mainly in the City, will be using this Framework in the future, however there are no quantities available for these addresses.
