Description of works: Male WC Convert male WC into two separate cubicles including: Removal of all fixtures and fittings, structural and drainage works, creation of anti-vandal cubicles with steel doors, provision of new anti-vandal WC fixtures and fittings, decoration and new floor coverings. M&E works to provide lighting and ventilation to each cubicle. Female WC Refurbishment only including removal of all fixtures and fittings, replacing IPS and cubicle doors, provision of new anti-vandal WC fixtures and fittings, decoration and new floor coverings. Upgrade M&E and provide additional ventilation. Accessible WC Refurbishment including provision of new anti-vandal WC fixtures and fittings and grab rails. Uplift woodblock flooring provide new vinyl flooring, replace existing door with steel door and box in exposed pipework
