Tender description

The University of Sheffield is out to tender on behalf of Accommodation Services for the lease of student accommodation. We are seeking to secure accommodation in Sheffield city for the 2016-17 letting period for 350 single study bedrooms on a lease agreement. Our initial requirement is for a 42 weeks letting period commencing 17 September 2016, however within this tender there are options for us to extend the length of the contract for a further 2 + 2 years, alongside the ability to add additional rooms throughout the lifetime of the lease (if applicable). Therefore the total length of the contract could be up to five years. This is an open EU tender and the Invitation to Tender (ITT) documents can be downloaded by registering and expressing your interest on the University's e-tendering system https://in-tendhost.co.uk/Sheffield If you have any questions in relation to this tender they must be submitted via the In-tend correspondence facility. Completed tenders must be returned through the same e-tendering system. The closing date for return of tenders is 1st February 2016 at 12 noon (UK time).
