For UTGARD: To refurbish the existing laboratory and breakout space to provide laboratory, office and breakout accommodation to the ground floor of the Old Engineering Building. For Stor-I and FST: Refurbishment of part of the ground floor of existing Old Engineering Building, creating a new entrance to the Stor-I department and refurbishing the existing spaces to provide new teaching and office accommodation, incorporating new M&E services and forming a new corridor.
