Asset Management - Expressions of Interest Provision of planned maintenance 2015-2016 for a 12 month period Teign Housing, a registered charity employing 100 staff, manages over 3,600 homes across South Devon. It is dedicated to providing high quality customer services and making the local area a better place to live by creating sustainable communities and working in partnership. Teign Housing invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified contractors for the delivery of a planned maintenance programme of works comprising but not limited to external decorations and repairs, roofing, kitchens, bathrooms and window and door replacements. The successful contractor will be expected to work collaboratively to ensure budgets are adhered to, achieve set KPI???s ensuring work is completed in an efficient and effective fashion and provide excellent customer service. Teign is currently undergoing a strategic review and this contract will be awarded for 12 months only.
