Tender description

Shoreline Housing Partnership is looking for a suitably capable and experienced contractor to carry out works identified from Fire Risk Assessments. This work includes fitting door closers and general joinery works to blocks of flats and sheltered schemes that Shoreline owns. These properties are located within North East Lincolnshire. These blocks also contain leaseholder properties. The contract is for 1 year however we anticipate the works to be completed well within that timescale. The contract form is the NEC 3 Term Service Short Contract. Shoreline requires the contractor to arrange appointments and follow its 'No Access' procedure where access cannot be gained. The timescales for the tender are as follows: Deadline to Request Documents until: 16 September 2015 Mandatory Site Visit: 7 September 2015 Deadline for Questions: 21 September 2015 Deadline for Tender Submissions: 28 September 2015 at 12 noon Evaluation of Tenders: October 2015 Contract Award: October 2015 Standstill Period: October 2015 Contract Commencement: November 2015
