RFP for the Internal refurbishment of Office Space Millbank Tower

Tender description

The UK Green Investment Bank is seeking a suitably qualified contractor to carryout internal refurbishment work to its London Offices at Millbank Tower. This work will involve refurbishment of part of two floors within the building (the 5th and 13th floors). The 5th floor will form meeting rooms and a visitor reception area, with the 13th floor meeting rooms being removed and converted to further office working space. The scope of this tender includes deconstruction/strip out of existing fixtures, fittings to both floors and construction in line with agreed architectural drawings and Mechanical and Electrical specifications.
