Responsive Repairs and Void Refurbishment Works for Wealden District Council

Tender description

Wealden District Council (WDC) wishes to appoint an experienced and qualified Service Provider in connection with delivering their Programme of Responsive Repairs, Void Refurbishments and associated works. The contract will not include any gas or electrical repairs as these are subject to separate contracts. WDC provides a range of housing and support services in the East Sussex area. Applicants are advised that the works will comprise of a single Contract and the successful Applicant will therefore be awarded all works as a single Contract. The Applicant is to note that submissions are sought from those that have experience of delivering a combined service for Repairs and Voids and also from those that have delivered Repairs and Voids services as separate Contracts.
