SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF TIMBER WINDOWS AND DOORS TO MIDLANDS AREA

Tender description

The Tender is aimed at selecting the most economically advantageous bid for the supply for the renewal of <b>TIMBER</b> Windows<b> </b>and Doors at Viridian properties in the Midlands area as directed during the contract period. The Contractor will generally be required to carry out all of the work to any property whilst that dwelling is occupied or Void. The primary objective of the Contract is to further improve the service that the Employer provides for its tenants, to be known as Customers, by securing a responsive and efficient level of performance. The work must therefore be completed to a high standard in order to receive the required high level of customer satisfaction. Customers responses to the services provided shall be monitored and be an important factor, when considering performance standard, in determining work continuity.
