Framework for the Provision and Distribution of Food and General Provisions

Tender description

This is a Framework Contract for the Provision and Distribution of Food and General Provisions to NEPO Member Authorities and potentially Associate Members or public bodies with the UK. This Framework Contract is envisaged to operate with a core list of products with all other items offered at a discounted price. The tender is separated in to four lots which are: Lot 1 - General Provisions & Alcohol Lot 2 - Frozen Food Lot 3 - Meat, Sausage & Poultry Lot 4 - Fruit & Vegetables, Bread & Eggs <b> </b> Suppliers are invited to submit bids for one or more Lots. Supplier may offer further discounts for the award of more than one lot. It is envisaged that the framework will be awarded to a maximum of 3 suppliers per Lot. This will be ranked based on the outcome of the Award Questionnaire evaluation and pricing evaluation with the highest ranked being the bidder with the highest score.
