Tender description
The Project comprises of the refurbishment of Main kitchen at the University Of Derby Kedleston Road this includes Food Preparation areas, Storage areas and office space. The scope of work include strip out of existing kitchen, upgrading of existing services infrastructure, the removal of existing floor and wall tiling and substrate, new floor screed and wall plastering, upgrade lighting, electric and gas services, new extract canopy, anti-slip floor finish, wall tiling, roof lights to staff offices off the kitchen.
