The British Red Cross Society (Red Cross) is a humanitarian organisation that refuses to ignore people in crisis, whoever and wherever they are. This Prior Information Notice is to obtain market views on Property Maintenance Services and gather information to enable the Red Cross to develop a Strategic Sourcing Plan to demonstrate their future approach to Property Maintenance Services. Interested parties are advised to note that this will be a nationwide exploration which covers the following geographic areas: UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland. Additionally, please note that we have provided a market research Pro Forma that we advise all interested parties to complete in full. This Pro Forma shall be used a mechanism for Red Cross to increase its knowledge of the potential supply market, develop its strategic procurement plan and assist the Red Cross in their future approach to property maintenance services. Parties who register an interest in this requirements are requested to return this Pro Forma to Janice Russell at janicerussell@redcross.org.uk by 19th May 2015.
