Tender description

The Royal Parks are seeking an experienced Sub-contractor to supply and replace a large quantity of traditional timber sash and casement windows and doors (including fire doors) at ground and first floor levels to the Old Police House in Hyde Park. The replacement windows shall be timber double glazed with a factory paint finish in a style to match some recently replaced windows, including blast proof glass and traditional style brass ironmongery. The works will be phased to suit TRP budget requirements and will be carried out in live offices. Some out of hours and weekend working will be required.
