Schools and Commercial Works Framework

Stockport Homes wish to invite suitably qualified contractors to express an interest in a framework agreement for construction services to schools, care homes and commercial buildings. The contract is anticipated to run from July / August 2015, for an initial three year period, with the option to extend for a further two years. The approximate value of the contract for the initial three year period may be in the region of £1,000,000. How do I apply for a framework contract?
