Tender description
Skylon Park - Plot S5 is the latest project being commissioned through Herefordshire Council by the Enterprise Zone Board. Tenders are invited for the design & build of three high quality flexible business units in two blocks with a total gross internal area of approximately 900 square metres. Designed to accommodate forward thinking businesses, the high quality, single storey, self-contained, serviced accommodation is being designed to a high level of sustainability and the units are available individually or in groups. The units are double height space - average height 5.5 metres and have the ability to accommodate mezzanine floors at a later date if expansion is required.
