DCUW12114 - DCU Selected Works Contracts Framework - Lot 1 t is the requirement of Dublin City University ("DCU") to appoint 6 Contractors to a Framework to carry out selected building works on all properties owned and operated by DCU, and it's subsidiaries and associated colleges in the Dublin region. Sample works will include, but are not limited to: -General Building Work -Extensions, Demolitions and Alterations to and of existing structures; -Construction of new buildings; -Repair and Refurbishment of existing buildings; -Mechanical & Electrical Works -Minor Civil Engineering Works -Works to protected structures -Miscellaneous maintenance projects Projects with a value of less than €1million may be procured under this framework DCUW12114 - DCU Selected Works Contracts Framework - Lot 2 It is the requirement of Dublin City University ("DCU") to appoint 6 Contractors to a Framework to carry out selected building works on all properties owned and operated by DCU, and it's subsidiaries and associated colleges in the Dublin region.
