Legal Services Framework Agreement

The NHSCS legal services framework is a very successful framework currently on its 4th iteration and has significant reach within and outside the NHS. Due to its success, has been reprocured and the new iteration commenced from the 1st of February 2023 for a four-year period. All providers appointed to the framework can provide services in the core category, additionally the framework covers services in the non – core categories listed below. The new framework is a single lot, divided into Core and Non – Core categories as follows: Core Categories • Corporate and Commercial Law • Employment Law • Property Law Non – Core • Health Law • Primary Care Law • Mental Health Law • Law relating to Healthcare Projects • NHS Governance and Public Law
