Across a 50-notice sample the recurring shapes were team coaching for senior leadership teams, team effectiveness and high performance team workshops, executive team development programmes, psychometric and diagnostic assessment tools, and residential team building activities. Several of the awards in that sample were made without competition, one on the grounds that only one supplier held the rights to the assessment tool the buyer wanted.
