Tender description

Network Rail Training (NRT) has a requirement to outsource its New Entrant Apprenticeship Tender (NEAT). NRT are looking for a training provider who will provide a service as a Main provider for the Rail Engineering Apprenticeships for Network Rail. These services include, but are not limited to; 1 - Enrolment activities and monthly ILR (Individual Learner Record) returns. 2 - Individual learner focus (Additional Learning Needs diagnosis, Individual Learner Plan, Functional Skills Training) 3 - Embed behavioural, leadership, management and outdoor team building training * Please refer to Appendix 3 for further detail and context. 4 - Engineering knowledge training: For Level 3 Rail Engineering Technician (RET) Apprenticeship; Level 3 Diploma in Rail Engineering Technician Knowledge (RETK) 5 - Monitoring of progress 6 - Safeguarding and welfare 7 - Quality, governance, and continuous improvement 8 - Engineering competence training: For Level 3 Rail Engineering Technician (RET) Apprenticeship; Level 3 Diploma in Rail Engineering Technician Competence qualification 9 - Working collaboratively with NR to source End Point Assessment of Level 3 Rail Engineering Technician apprenticeship standard The contract will be for up to 5 cohorts (one cohort per year) with each cohort estimated to take 3 years. https://www.find-tender.service.gov.uk/Notice/005239-2024
