SAP Tenders and Contracts
See open SAP tenders and awarded contracts for the UK public sector.
SAP work here covers ERP support and licensing renewals, S/4HANA migration programmes and specialist SAP consultancy call-offs, mostly bought by councils, central government departments and transport bodies already running SAP as their core finance, HR or asset system. Most of it renews or extends an existing SAP estate rather than starting one from scratch.
Stotles tracks 250 SAP notices to date, with 160 already awarded.

Frequently asked questions
Frequently asked questions about sap contracts, sap implementation, sap erp, sap support, sap licences, sap s/4hana in the UK public sector.
What counts as an SAP tender?
An SAP tender covers support and licensing for an existing SAP system, S/4HANA migration work, and specialist SAP consultancy such as programme delivery or transformation support. It does not include a generic ERP replacement that never names SAP, or a wider IT services contract that mentions SAP only in passing.
Who buys SAP support and migration services in the public sector?
Councils, central government departments and transport authorities with an established SAP estate run most of this work. Many are moving from SAP ECC to S/4HANA under a regeneration or modernisation programme, while others are simply renewing support and licensing on a system that already runs their finance or HR function.
Is SAP support usually bought through a framework?
Frequently. Several of the largest SAP notices in the corpus are direct awards or call-offs under G-Cloud, since SAP UK and specialist resellers such as Rimini Street are listed suppliers there. A standalone competitive tender is more common for a full S/4HANA migration than for routine support renewal.
How is SAP support different from a wider ERP tender?
SAP support and licensing keeps an existing SAP system running: patches, upgrades and help-desk cover. A wider ERP tender can be open to any vendor and often follows a decision to replace SAP rather than extend it, so it belongs on Stotles' broader Software Contracts and Tenders page rather than here.
