Tender description

Cambridge Folk Festival seeks experienced suppliers to submit a quotation for the provision of bar services for the 2026 Festival, dates of which are Saturday 1 & Sunday 2 August 2026. The services are divided into multiple lots, as detailed in this RFQ. Suppliers may submit a quotation for all lots (the full scope of services) or for one or more individual lots. The successful supplier(s) will be required to supply, operate, and manage bar services for the 2026 Festival in accordance with the requirements outlined in this RFQ and any resulting contract.
