Dear Supplier, <br /><br />The University of Winchester invites contractors to submit a tender response to undertake refurbishment works within Queens Road Student Village (QRSV) on our King Alfred Quarter, Winchester. <br /><br />The works will include: <br />• Internal decoration and flooring works to 162 bedrooms.<br />• Internal decoration and flooring works to 28 kitchens. <br />• Internal decoration and flooring works to flat corridors.<br />• Internal decoration to some areas in entrance vestibules, staircases, lift lobbies and associated areas.<br />• Replacement of 28 pin boards within the kitchens. <br /> <br />The works will take place between Monday 29 June 2026 and Friday 21 August 2026.<br /><br />The refurbishment aims to create modern, comfortable and inspiring spaces that provide students with high quality facilities designed to attract new residents and enhance everyday living.<br /><br />Any queries relating to this project should be made via correspondence on the website and can be addressed to the main contact below. <br /><br />Emma Mason<br />Project Manager<br />University of Winchester<br /><br />
