The contracting authority is seeking a contractor to design, supply, and install a small-scale heat pump and water evaporation system, to support a niche production process. The system should operate with a degree of automation and be capable of achieving efficient evaporation under specific temperature conditions.The solution must be compact and suitable for installation in a space-constrained environment with limited power supply. The process requires reduced-temperature evaporation, achieved through low-pressure operation, and must be designed to function with minimal ongoing user input.The successful contractor will be expected to:Provide a basic system design tailored to the site and production needsSupply all necessary components and materialsComplete on-site installation and simple operational checksDeliver brief documentation to support handoverDue to the specialist and low-throughput nature of the operation, off-the-shelf or adapted systems may be acceptable.
