The service is for providing a patient transport service to patients requiring transport to and from Amber lodge (a MH day care unit) at the Becton Centre in Sheffield. The service needs to be able to provide pre booked transport locally (within Sheffield) during school holidays and transport outside of Sheffield throughout the year.
