Painterwork Framework 2024 Lot 1: Annual Cyclical Maintenance Works Annual cyclical maintenance works comprising: - Painting timber fencing at various heights and number of side Painting metal fencing; Painting timber fencing at various heights and number of side Painting metal fencing; Painting Soffits and fascia’s at various heights; Internal close painting of ceiling and walls; Painting varnishing or staining timber window frames and cills; Painting cast iron gutters and downpipes; Etc.. Please refer to the Invitation to Tender (ITT) for Single Procurement Document (SPD) information and criteria Lot 2: All other painterwork All other painterwork: - Painting of walls, Ceiling and woodwork within a void property; One off decoration of tenanted homes following a flood or fire for example; One off external projects such as replacement of damaged fence; Painting internally or eternally of corporate buildings such as offices or community spaces; Etc..
