Provision includes: -Accommodate children sentenced to detention by the Court on indictment in secure accommodation -Accommodate children remanded by the Court, where it is considered that they must be detained in secure accommodation -Fund vacant beds until they can be filled.. In the event that the contract exceeds the budget, the Scottish Government will have the discretion to increase the budget.
