Construction of Additional Accommodation Extension at Ballinagree National School

Tender description

The project consists of the construction of a new extension to Ballinagree National School, Co. Cork, as per the tender drawings and specifications. Works comprise new external walls built with 215/100mm block outer leaf, a 120mm full-fill insulated cavity, and a block inner leaf with structural stainless steel wall ties. Internal works include the provision of new teaching spaces (Classroom 116 (75m²), Resource Room 110 (20m²), and supporting SET rooms/offices), timber stud partitions with acoustic insulation, sanitary facilities, and fire-rated doors. External works involve a 1:21 concrete ramp, a 150mm reinforced concrete footpath, and a new boundary concrete wall with galvanized railing.
