Pathfinder Programme at Áras an Chontae, Carrick-On-Shannon, Co. Leitrim for Leitrim County Council

Tender description

Tenders are invited from Building Works Contractors for the following pathfinder energy upgrade works to the Infirmary Building, IT Lodge, Aras Link Building, Old Gaol Building and Govenor's House with associated site services and site works, and first floor fit-out works to the Aras Link Building. Energy upgrade works include (but are not limited to) improve the airtightness performance, attic insulation upgrades, replacement of all existing windows and doors, weather proofing the existing external wall finishes (re-pointing stone/ new lime render), external wall insulation to Aras Main Link and Mechanical and Electrical upgrades including new air sourced heat pump, new radiators, new energy saving lights, PV panel, some EV charging infrastructure works. The project scope includes first floor fit-out works to the Aras Link Building. The works are to be completed in a number of phases. Refer to the enclosed tender documents for more details.
