Tender description
Land and Property Services (LPS) advises the Northern Ireland public sector on asset management and disposals. This includes acting on behalf of public sector bodies (listed at Annex 2) to appoint professional chartered surveyors (RICS) to sell and let land and property (referred to collectively as assets).
