The Society of the Saint Vincent de Paul invites tenders for the redevelopment of St Anne's House, Killarney. Works involve: • Site works involving site levelling, underground service diversions, walkway reinstatement, retaining walls and provision of new services. • Foundation piling and ground beams. • Retaining walls. • Lift shaft and external stairs and landings. • Construction of extension consisting of 6No. 1 bedroom in light gauge steel (LGS) frame. • Refurbishment of the existing St Anne's House to create 8no. 1 bed apartments. • All mechanical and electrical installation. • Provision of storage, kitchens and bathrooms, with architectural finishes. • Finishing and landscaping of the site. • Associated ancillary works.
