Kerry County Council is undertaking a Prior Market Consultation (PMC) to raise awareness of its current Expression of Interest process for the potential acquisition of Turnkey Housing Units and/or Land with Development Potential for the delivery of social housing within County Kerry. Expressions of Interest are invited from developers, landowners and other interested parties in relation to Turnkey Housing Units and/or Land with Development Potential. Proposals are invited from all areas of County Kerry but particularly in the towns of Tralee, Killarney, Killorglin, Listowel and Dingle. Further information, supporting documentation and the Expression of Interest Application Form can be obtained by emailing turnkey@kerrycoco.ie or by contacting Kerry County Council on 066 719 1334. Expressions of Interest are not to be submitted through the eTenders platform. The date and time stated within this notice relate solely to the closing date of Kerry County Council's Expression of Interest process. Completed Expression of Interest Application Forms should be returned in accordance with the submission instructions contained within the Application Form and no later than 5.00pm on Friday 10 July 2026.
