School decarbonisation main works - Bonner Mile End Contractor

Tender description

This procurement aims to appoint a contractor via a Pre-Construction Agreement (PCSA) to deliver decarbonisation and comfort improvement works at the Grade ll listed Primary School, Bonner Mile End located in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets. The school currently faces significant thermal discomfort-overheating in summer and insufficient heating in winter, as well as end of life boilers. The works form part of the wider School Decarbonisation project which also includes Bangabandhu and Cubitt Town Primary Schools, however, a separate contractor will be appointed for the capital works at those schools, as Bonner Mile End requires a separate specialist contractor that is experienced in working with buildings of heritage significance.
