Extension and Refurbishment of the existing Cappamore Fire Station

Tender description

The Works comprise the extension and refurbishment of the existing Cappamore Fire Station including, but not limited to: • Refurbishment and reconfiguration of the existing appliance bay and associated internal accommodation; • Construction of a new three-unit appliance bay; • Construction of ancillary accommodation including entrance lobby, drying room, breathing apparatus room, storage areas and boiler house; • Construction of a roofed external storage area; • Associated civil, drainage, hard landscaping and site development works; • Upgrading of foul and surface water drainage infrastructure; • All associated temporary and permanent works.
