Facilities Management Repair and Maintenance Framework

Tender description

Planned procurement of facilities management repair and maintenance services for the North East Lincolnshire Council estate. Currently the plan is to split the framework into the following lots: Lot 1 Asbestos Lot 1a Asbestos Surveying and Analytical Works Lot 1b Emergency Reactive Work Lot 1c Asbestos Removal Work Lot 1d Asbestos Laboratory Services Lot 2 Electrical - including statutory planned preventative and reactive maintenance Lot 3 General Building Works - including decoration, concreting, plastering, rendering, brick work repairs, and flooring Lot 4 Joinery and Carpentry Works Lot 4a Supply and Installation of Fire Doors Lot 4b Inspection of Fire Doors- Lot 4c General Carpentry and Joinery Lot5-Mechanical- including statutory planned preventative and reactive maintenance
