Refurbishment and Operate Public Toilet Facilities in Glasgow

Glasgow City Council's current Refurbishment and Operate of Public Toilet Facilities in Glasgow expires on 31 March 2027. The Council therefore intends to establish a new contract for facilities management for up to eight public toilets and the potential of refurbishment - replacement of five out of the eight public toilets locations within Glasgow. Lot 1: Glasgow City Council's Refurbishment and Operate of Public Toilet Facilities in Glasgow expires 31 March 2027. The new contract will replace the current managed service of facilities management of the current 4 public toilet locations with the potential requirement of facilities management for up to an additional four Glasgow City Park toilets. Also the addition of the potential refurbishment - replacement of up to five out the eight public toilets locations within Glasgow. Please refer to the Market Research Questionnaire attached with the Additional Document section of this PIN notice for the locations of the 8 public toilets. Additional information: PLEASE NOTE: SUPPLIERS ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE THE MARKET RESEARCH QUESTIONNAIRE BY COB 28 MAY 2026. The Council will utilise the Market Research to determine the requirements of the new contract.
