Manchester City Council are seeking expressions of interest and information from providers for Manchester City Council Housing Estates: EV Charge Points Manchester City Council is looking to provide EV charge points across council housing estates in off-street communal parking areas. The exact location and number of EV charge points are still to be determined, but the focus will be at high-rise estate car parks within Ardwick, Charlestown, Cheetham, Crumpsall, Harpurhey, Higher Blackley, Miles Platting & Newton Heath, and Moston wards. If you would like to confirm your interest in this opportunity, you must complete and return the preliminary market engagement document, via the Chest, as part of your expression of interest submission. Please note the estimated contract dates showing (12/05/26 to 26/05/26) are clearly incorrect and were added to the original opportunity as placeholders as this information was unknown at that early stage.
