DfI TRAM T-1155 Structures Framework

Tender description

The Department for Infrastructure RAM Structures Framework will include the following work activities: full or partial demolition of structures; construction of new structures; scour protection and maintenance works; earthworks; culvert upgrades/maintenance including lining and invert repair works; general bridge/structures maintenance, working in water; brickwork, blockwork and stonework; structural concrete construction and/or repairs; installation of precast beams or box culverts; structural steelwork including repairs; inspection assistance, works on or in the vicinity of the Northern Ireland Railways (NIR) network requiring £100,000,000 public liability insurance; Temporary Traffic Management on a live trafficked public road network; associated road restraint systems installation and/or repair (including RRS associated with structures works) and associated ancillary works. The Framework will comprise of three area Lots (Works Orders valued up to £750k) and a Project Lot (projects valued £750k to £5m) covering the following areas: STF W1 - Derry and Strabane; Fermanagh and Omagh; Mid-Ulster. STF E and S1- Belfast; Lisburn and Castlereagh; Ards and North Down; Newry, Mourne and Down and Armagh, Banbridge and Craigavon. STF N1 - Antrim and Newtownabbey; Causeway Coast and Glens; Mid and East Antrim. Please note: For this procurement , Suppliers submissions are required to be uploaded via the eTendersNI CfT under Lot 1: STF P1 (Project Lot). This will serve as the central submission point for all Lots. Suppliers should submit their responses for every Lot they are tendering for within this single location.
