This brief is to deliver the affordable housing component (consisting of 108 Mid-Market Rent (MMR) homes delivered across a single block) of the wider mixed-use redevelopment of the former Royal Bank of Scotland headquarters, representing one of the city’s most significant brownfield regeneration opportunities.
