The Government of Jersey is seeking to appoint an independent Investment Advisor to provide high quality strategic and ongoing advisory services across the States’ investment portfolios, valued at around £5billion. The role delivers investment advice to the Minister, the Treasurer of the States and the Treasury Advisory Panel, with a focus on investment strategy formulation, market intelligence, risk management, investment due diligence, and performance oversight.
