Provision of Models for Temporary Accommodation

Conwy County Council are posting this notice to ascertain the level of interest in the market to work with the council to deliver alternative models of single person temporary accommodation. We are interested in hearing from providers about potential models with a view to a possible full tender exercise or framework in the future. If you feel that your organisation has the capability to provide models of temporary accommodation then please email emptyhomes@conwy.gov.uk to express your interest or if you have any further questions about the information contained within this notice please contact Victoria.hughes4@conwy.gov.ukConwy County Council are implementing plans to develop high quality temporary accommodation for homeless individuals in Conwy. We want to hear from providers and are seeking a range of options to suit individual varying needs where people feel safe and supported. It is expected that the accommodation will not be Bed and Breakfast or hotel accommodation.We would like to hear from providers who can offer:-• Accommodation only• Models of management and/or support only• Temporary accommodation models with management and/or supportIt is expected that no more than eight people are accommodated in one location (unless fully self-contained). It is expected that accommodation would be ready for occupation within six months of contract award.
