GB-Edinburgh: Stevenson Rooms VC Upgrade

Tender description

The Northern Lighthouse Board's video conferencing system used in our Stevenson Meeting Rooms and breakout area at the Edinburgh Head Quarters, has reached end of life. This project will cover the upgrade/replacement of this equipment. 3-year support and maintenance will also be required. Mandatory site visit required for interested suppliers w/c 3rd March 2025. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
