Ecosystem Fund Delivery Partner

Tender description

The Scottish Government requires a contract with an external service provider for the provision of a Delivery Partner for the Ecosystem Fund. The Ecosystem Fund plays a critical role in advancing Scotland's economic and entrepreneurial ambitions, aligning closely with key policies such as the Scottish Technology Ecosystem Review (STER), National Strategy for Economic Transformation (NSET), and other initiatives. As demand for the Fund's support continues to grow rapidly within the startup community, selecting a professional delivery partner is essential to effectively scale the Fund's reach and impact while ensuring resilience, accountability and value for public money. Lot 1: It is anticipated that a delivery partner will be appointed to design, manage and grow the Fund's operations, partnerships and programmes in line with strategic objectives. The partner will bring deep expertise in grant management, start up support, ecosystem building and public-private collaboration to maximise the impact of the Fund's resources in supporting Scotland's most promising start-ups and driving economic growth.
