DFM-Application support for the Scottish Government’s Hyperion system

Support for the Scottish Government’s Hyperion system on a 3rd line support basis. Lot 1: Currently, there is limited support provided to the SG support teams relating to the business implementation of the Hyperion Planning system. Scottish Government wishes to ensure that this support can be provided by pre-purchasing a pot of days from a suitably qualified contractor, that can be called down as and when required over the forthcoming year. This form of support could be used for whatever is considered reasonable and is likely to include: - Assistance with data analysis for external and internal reporting of financial data - System Assurance - Enterprise Performance Management support - Fixes where the system is not working as it should; - Help with using the system; - Patching as required; - Data recovery; - Minor enhancements; and - Ad hoc training.
