Tender description

Contract for the provision of design and construction of the new housing and associated works at the Southfield and Newry site. A summary of what the tenderer is being requested to deliver is as follows: - Completion of the design of the scheme; - Completion of the construction of the scheme; - Building Control certification; - Discharge of required planning conditions; - Allow for any relevant Owner training required; - Completion of the O&M/ H&S files Lot 1: This is a competitive procurement conducted in accordance with Regulation 27 the ‘Open Procedure’ under The Public Contracts Regulations 2015. In line with UK Public Contracts Regulations 2015 a ten-day Standstill Period has been observed in relation to this award. The contract period is: 57 weeks + option to extend for up to 24 weeks (total incl. extensions 81 weeks). Strat date: 18 Dec 2024 End date: 5th June 2026 (76 week contract period)
