Tender description

Stoke-on-Trent City Council's Repairs & Maintenance Services Department is looking to appoint a single contractor to remove existing gas fires, block up openings to match existing finishes and in some cases install new electric fire. This opportunity has previously been advertised (project reference DN776749) but the bids received were substantially higher than expected budget. As part of our commitment to achieving best value, the opportunity is being retendered to allow for market warming to be carried out. The contract period is 2 years.
