Extension and Renovations to Cois Ceim Creche, Lisdoonvarna, Co. Clare, associated connections to existing services and all ancillary site development works for Lisdoonvarna Failte. The proposed works include construction of a new extension along with mechanical, electrical and building fabric thermal up-grade works to the existing building. All works are to be carried out within a live, fully occupied creche and site. The Contractor must confine his operations within the areas in the immediate vicinity of the works being executed at any time. Refer to the works requirements for the nature and extent of the Works.
