LiveWest are seeking to procure a selection of contractors to aid in the planning and delivery of our planned windows and door replacement programmes. This will include a variety of works ranging from low-rise domestic properties to high-rise apartment/flats (excluding high-risk buildings) over a period of up to 15 years at approximately £10-15m per annum. The works will comprise of the design, supply and installation of timber and UPVC windows and doors. The exact details of the tendered contract are yet to be determined, and we welcome your opinion as to how to best deliver these works.
