For the Provision of External Planned Maintenance

The Service is planned building maintenance services for the Cambridge City Council’s housing stock and corporate and operational buildings. Construction with some services via an NEC4 Term Service Contract Option A Lot 1: The full scope of the services for this contract External Planned Maintenance Contract includes the inspection, refurbishment, installation, repair or renewal/replacement as appropriate of: • External and internal finishes. • Re-roofing works including roof structure works. • Rainwater goods, facias and soffits, and chimney works. • Replacement doors and windows • External and internal insulation works. • External and internal structural works. • External hard and soft landscaping works, including paving and re-surfacing. • Fencing. • External and internal painting and repairs. • Garage repairs • Asbestos removal • Improvement works to internal and external communal areas; including balconies, walkways, handrails and works arising from housing health and safety rating system surveys, lighting and electrical works. • Small new build projects and building extensions, and structural works. • Estate improvement works. • Installation and maintenance to renewable energy installations. • Maintenance / repair of green roofs and other estate drainage systems including sustainable drainage systems, petrol interceptors and he like.
