Alternative Provider Medical Services (APMS) at Graham Road Surgery and Horizon Health Centre for NHS Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire (BNSSG) Integrated Care Board (ICB)

Tender description

NHS Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire Integrated Care Board (BNSSG ICB) is looking to re-procure an APMS contract for 15 years for GP Services. It is expected that the contract holder(s) will continue to build the registered list of patients.<br/><br/>This exercise is being carried out by NHS South, Central and West Commissioning Support Unit (SCW) on behalf of the Commissioner Lot 1: NHS Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire Integrated Care Board (BNSSG ICB) are seeking to secure prime provider(s) with the capability and capacity to deliver an APMS service at Graham Road Surgery and Horizon Health Centre, in line with specified requirements.<br/><br/>The contract duration for the contract is 15 years, service commencement date 1st December 2025.<br/><br/>TUPE will apply to the transfer of the contract from the incumbent provider to the incoming provider and this information will be supplied to Bidders on request<br/><br/>Total Value of the contract is £51 million (excluding VAT)
